every fairy tale have their princess pretty, innocent and pure. their prince tall, handsome and brave. these are the making of an everlasting love story. and it is this sort of stories that burrows into our hearts and lingers forever.
i realise that people are suckers for love that are simple and pure and forever giving with a dash of desire to be accepted and loved in return. here's one for your viewing:
J had fallen in love with K. it was sort of a love at 1st sight. J 1st saw K in a hopsital, K's mom had just been wheeled out of the operating theater back into the ward. K's swollen eyes were the proof of her staying up all night outside the operating theater worrying about her mother's ruptured peptic ulcer. J and K did not exchanged any words at all, it was just a simple eye contact that comforts K, knowing she was not alone.
weeks after K's mom discharge, while K was in the office, she met J again. this time was in a big and important meeting. K was the staff doing the presentation and having just returned from her long leave, taking care of her mom, K was not at her best form. mid way through the presentation K got struck and for a moment her mind blank out. J was there again, his warm pressence filled her heart but still K wasn't able to speak. J stood up and helped her completed her presentation. K was ever so thankful for J. its strange to know that J is always there for K when she seemingly can't continue on herself. K wonder why is J so helpful afterall everyone in her social circle knows her as a ice-queen, one that bites then provoked.
finally after many months since their 1st contact in the hopsital J invited K out. although K was thankful for J's help and felt comfortable with him, K rejected the invite. "not now, i am not ready for a relationship. i have my mom to support and my independence will be disrupted. if i go out with you, i will look silly and clingly and weak. that is so not me. so sorry J. next time maybe."
J relentlessly kept persuding K. he would send little surprises and messages to K. the intial feelings of thanksfulness slowly turned into frustration and avoidance. K felt that J was coming on too strong to her, she felt that J is more of a bothering than of a romantic man. in order to make J angry and forget about her, she indulge in heavy drinking and shameless sexual conducts that eeks even her own best friends. still J would loving comfort her in times of her lows. once while K was drank (again) and was hospitalised, J kept her company all day by her bedside until her intoxication was cleared. upon K's discharge she screamed at J "what are you doing? are you trying to make me guilty by being so good to me? i hate it. i hate the way you try so hard! stop all that trying! get away from me!"
J being the CEO of the company had came down to such a low level in order to love K but K was still not accepting him. J did not say anything and simply stood there in the rain as K got into the cab. as if the rain and the rejection was not bad enough, a big truck skided on the road and hit J. J suffered 3 broken ribs and compressed disc. its was months before he was able to walk back into the office. the stress of managing the company and recovery seems to take a toll on his health. he lost the sparks in his eyes and had became more mellow.
J's father saw the change in J's behaviour hated K for all that she had done to him. he ordered the HR manager to fire K. afterall he is the MD of company. however the HR manager was not able to fire K without a ground, therefore K stayed in the company. one of J's cousin, S, heard of the situation and decided to turn the situation to his advantage. S tried to persude J's father to let him handle the issue with K and promised that he will not disappoint the old MD, in return the old MD is to allow S a promotion. the old MD disliked S but he doubt if S can do anything at all, so he agreed with S proposal.
S seduced K with his wealth, partying ways and flashy cars. soon K became one of S's many woman. whenever S sees J in the company or any gathering he will try to provoke J by showing off K as one of his many woman. S will ordered K to fetch him drinks or kiss him infront of J. things got worst when K was found carrying S's baby. once during a family gathering S brought K to the event (as usual) and then ordered K to go home on her own when S got hook up with one of the waitresses. S would openly kiss and fondle the waitress infront of K when K insist that S go home with her. all these actions were like knives stabbing into J's heart. while K wept with sadness, J was tortured with his desire to protect K.
K suffered a miscarriage after an attempt suicide. S was not at all bothered, he had by now moved in with his new beau. J's sister, C, visited K and comforted her. K was so ashame of herself as she recalled the warmth of J's embrace and care. she plead with C not to tell J anything about her. soon K left the company and moved away. J's love for K never ends but the responsibility of the entire company prevented him from going after K.
all these while C and K remains in contact. one day C invited K for a party, it was suppose to be a birthday party for J. K although was still feeling gulity towards J, wanted to prove that she had recovered and became stronger accepted the invite. at the birthday party everything in the event touched K. towards the end of the party J knee before K and asked "will you accept me into your heart? and let me be the one that carries your weariness and kiss away your pain?" K sobbed and despite the gulit and shame J's love was too strong to reject, too prefect to say no too. K agreed.
just then J's father stood up and said "no! she is too sinful! too different from our family!" and S smirk adding on "ya, she is nothing but a bit*H. i have so much fun with her that she is worth nothing now! u still want?! haha"
J stood next to K and embraced her tightly. "she is all that i want, i will go to the end of the world for her. even if i am to be flocked and killed. i will give my all to her!" J's father relented, looking at his son his heart melted. J's father stared hard at S and finally said "its decided K will be our family's bride. all her past is cleansed and she shall now bear J's name."
J smiled and wrapping his arm around K, they walked out of the room and into their future.

Jesus loves us wholeheartedly despit everything that we might had done against Him. Satan never stop enticing us and using us to 'show off' to our Lord. every Christ believer is the key connection between Jesus and the yet to be believer. so every small act of encouragement and love matter lots to a person in need. no shame or gulit should deter us from His everlasting love.
